You'll find it easy to unwind and relax because our lounge and dining area is tastefully decorated, light, spacious & comfortable. Full length panoramic windows open out to your own balcony and provide superb views. And would you expect anything less than a gourmet kitchen? Of course not. Each is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cook top, fan-forced oven and all the crockery and utensils necessary to ensure that your candlelight dinner is a great success.

Each unit has a separate internal laundry with a fully automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. All the facilities you need to make your holiday easy and relaxing. Yes they're BIG (around 25 squares) and feature unparalleled views with truly gracious living, quality fittings, extra large private balconies with sun lounges, but most of all space and privacy. Gently curving, the lounge, dining and kitchen areas are situated at the front and feature panoramic, full length windows to maximise the outstanding view. DVD player, CD player, video player, Austar TV, walk in robe - the list goes on and on.

Our Facilities
Be assured, there really is nothing to compare with them in Merimbula. Merimbula's famous Main beach is just one minute away. You can hear and smell the surf when you alight from your car. But if you want to stay on site you can relax around our saltwater pool (solar heated for your comfort, of course).

The pool is situated up on the first floor mezzanine area and adjacent to this is a delightfully large entertainment area featuring tables with sun umbrellas and patio heaters for the cooler months. Paved in quality slate, it provides a new dimension in outdoor living. And free twin BBQ's ensure it's the perfect place to unwind. The kids haven't been forgotten either with our solar heated saltwater pool.

Each apartment has a reserved undercover car park plus an additional car park for the second car or boat. With ample space we welcome guests with boats, no matter how large. You'll also find it convenient because the main boat launch facility is close by.

What to do
Looking for something to do? Merimbula's shops and boutiques are just a pleasant stroll across our scenic causeway. And while there, why not relax in one of our superb restaurants. If you're feeling energetic the Rotary walking / cycling track starts adjacent to Waterview Apartments or you may enjoy the tranquil beauty of the Merimbula Lake Boardwalk.
